| Your Story | I have worked in viticulture for the past 8+ years, with a passion on bio organic, soil and regenerative agriculture. I have studied Elaine Inghams soil food web to learn more about soil biology and now completing my post graduate dip in regenerative agriculture. We are pro active about adopting change on our small scale farm, as well as hoping to use this farm as a demonstration site for education or extension for other farmers. We do not use sulphur or copper and focus on building nutrients, diversity and microbiology to manage our vines. The hope (money dependant of course) is to set up intensive follow behind grazing through the rows and market gardening throughout to make use of the inter row wasted areas. |
