I have had a chat with a guy that can deliver 23 tonne of seconds carrots to my farm all inclusive of delivery and the carrots for $3k.
that’s alot of carrots and doubt I could use them all before they went off, but maybe others…

I’m pretty sure @joanna used to feed her sheep reject vegetables from her market garden and they did well on them.. not sure about carrots in particular but imagine they’d be no problem.

Grazing Through Spring in a Mediterranean Environment
Cheers Mark, I will probably move them onto the stockpile feed when they finish in this current paddock at the end of the week .. in the meantime will try for a higher density stocking rate in the cells.

part of the reason I bought the T&F as it uses a trash pump, that helps mix and dissolve with no filters and a 3mm spray orifice. Removes the majority…

Looks like getting those foliars out earlier gave the plants a good head start & stave off RELM, I got some out on a couple of paddocks at the same time as you and no sign of them whereas the other paddocks all have some to varying degrees, only got foliars on them last week – plants looking like they are going to grow through the damage though…
