| Your Story | I live in south east Qld (Brisbane). I am retired so I direct my energy to our 6000m2 block that we have developed over the last 20 years. I have always been interested in the land with grandparents being dairy farmers. I now have the time to focus on drought proofing our property and travelling this great land. I am particularly keen to gather as much information from people like Dr Christine James so that I can improve the soil that we manage (ie gardens and lawn). I am still trying to work out how to mange our monoculture (ie our lawn). We have shale clay soil so getting good root penetration is a challenge. I enjoy listening to your podcasts and webinars. There are always some “gems” that I can apply to our property in particular using the Johnson-Su bioreactor to develop great vermicompost for our gardens and lawn. |
