G’day Louis, Kate Tarrant mentioned you have had some luck with using stock to trample in seed rather than cultivate. I was thinking of dry seeding some vineyard inter rows in February when there are a few bare spots. Cant get the sheep in until mid March after the fruit is picked.
Keen to get any advice from you and hear about your experiences. Have you used sheep or cattle? I also have a small kike paddock. I suspect It would be difficult to get germination in kike with sheep trampling in seed after eating the kike back hard in late summer.
