Some of my shedders aren’t fully shedding so I’m trying to organise to get them shorn this spring to clean them up. Does anyone know what I can do with the wool scraps that come off them or if anywhere takes scrap wool like that? It’s probably about 30 sheep all up.

Put them on your garden or around fruit trees.

We have been using it to stabilise the ground from water run off and where sand has been dug out. Working well. I am interested to try some in our JS.
Not sure if it would be any good for felting etc?

I’ve used it in both a Johnson Su compost and a Thermal compost – composted beautifully in both cases.

Good to hear. Prob more valuable in the compost anyway 😅
