Brett Hazelden posted an update
Well I was doing some reading on the weekend over the link between plant health and pests, which in summary said insects generally only eat unhealthy plants, leaving the strong ones to thrive.
Then I looked at my garden and saw two little grass hoppers nibbling away at some leaves that came off second best during the recent heatwaves. Notice they have only eaten the brown part of the leaves and left the health green parts
Maybe it’s a sign?
