We’re wanting to do more ‘quick and dirty’ sap analysis on the vineyard during the upcoming growing season, to look at responses to foliar nutrition. Does anyone have recommendations on where we can get the equipment? Really we’re just chasing a refractometer and a hand held clamp/pliers for getting the sap out of petioles as a starting point.
