Your Story	I grew up on an NZ dairy Farm and then shifted o livestock farming, working my way up until I was managing a 400HA deer stud. I left farming, but stayed connected to the industry and was a national sales manager for a Feed company. I am now part of Carbon Sync and are looking at Regen farming and the impact of Carbon Farming. I believe that Ag has to lift its game in all areas of sustainability.
