Hi Guys,
Some of my shedders aren’t fully shedding so I’m trying to organise to get them shorn this spring to clean them up. Does anyone know what I can do with the wool scraps that come off them or if anywhere takes scrap wool like that? It’s probably about 30 sheep all up.
Cheers!

Put them on your garden or around fruit trees.

We have been using it to stabilise the ground from water run off and where sand has been dug out. Working well. I am interested to try some in our JS.
Not sure if it would be any good for felting etc?

Also host farmer Brett Hazelden has shared some video of the brews we put together a couple of days on.. definitely something good going on there. The first is showing the Biofert P Plus and the second the LAB starter with the curds on top which will need to be removed for the next stage.

The curd (solid white stuff on top) got separated from the whey (solution at the bottom) today.
A whole 20 litre buckets worth !!
The whey was combined with the molasses ready to sit there for the next 10 days before being ready to use.
Good luck to all those giving it a go.

Well anyone that made it to the On Farm Bugs & Brews Workshop I am sure went home super inspired to get mixing up some brews of their own!
I have uploaded David’s Bioferments Manual to this group’s documents Tab for future reference.
