    On Sunday we hosted a RegenWA Cover Crop Field Walk that demonstrated innovative and best practices to establish diverse vineyard midrow, undervine and cover crops and a native seed production area. Good turn up with

    I collected the following soil health indicators in Spring 2024;

    -Soil penetration resistance

    -Legume nodulation

    -Soil pH

    -Topsoil depth

    -Soil aggregate strength

    Warm and cool season seeds were coated with Johnson Su compost and minerals and were dry seeded with a lawn scarifier in mid rows in mid March 2025. Arial and sub clovers were planted under vine rows at the end of April and native seeds were planted in a vineyard headland in early July.
